Might want to change your hours online - July 20Came back on July 23, was told grill was having issues. We were okay with that. We were seated and waited for our waiter/waitress and water. Had two table walk in after my table and they were seated, waitress at the table and served water. After sitting for 20 minutes with left, with no acknowledgement as we went.

Love the concept of the grill and have been a regular customer for several years. Sometimes staff are disorganized but I have had a good overall experience. Atmosphere is laid back and ambient, great for dates, group dinners, family dinners, or a night out.

It's easy to spend a lot of money on your dish if you go in hungry. Remember you can ask them to weigh your bowl and go back if you want to add more before cooking! Or you can try to join the Pile High Club. Ends with a fortune cookie either way!

Mongolie Grill is a great make-your-own stir fry restaurant. There is a wide range of meats, veggies, noodles, sauces, and seasonings to choose from. The chef was always very nice and the cook time was surprisingly short. They are rarely busy and thr meals are always delicious.

The food was fine but expensive and the service was horrible. There was literally us and one other table of two. Our waitress disappeared for almost 10 minutes and didn't bring us the rice for our stir fry until they were staying to get cold. The food was $3.49 per 100g. To quantify that, I got a smallall vegetable sir fry and it was $14 (plus tax and tip)

We had the Mon/Tues lunch special (13.99 for a full bowl) so we avoided the high price of 3.49 per 100gr. My daughter did the weighted meal because she's so young and wow for a couple shrimp and mushrooms it added up quickly for hers. The place was empty and the waitress still forgot the soup. After reading the reviews I think they purposely forget" the soup and/or rice to save money? Either that or the only waitress is really forgetful. It was soo hot today I wish they had air or a fan.. hopefully they turned on the air if or when they got more customers. At the end of the day though I made my own stir fry so it was good. But the other locations blow this place out of the water in every way. Price

Are you new to the city and want to have an atypical Maritime experience? Go to the Mongolie Grill, where there is something for everyone as you get to choose the ingredients for your meal. Service is exceptional: friendly, accommodating, and unobtrusive. I heartily recommend it, especially to professional types looking for a different luncheon experience, as well as tourists mentioned above.

Went on a Thursday night, nice server but not in a hurry. It's up to you how much you want to add to your bowl, they charge by weight. Only offered white rice (no fried). Dessert was good & large enough to share.

We have been there many times. We love it. We have never once (in 10 years) waited to be seated. And if you don't like the food, it's your own fault, because you build it yourself including whatever sauce(s) you want. It's an excellent place to take a group. You pay by the weight so you are in complete control.

I've never had to wait to be seated, and I find the food is good. Vegetarians are at home here as all the appetizers save one are vegetarian, and meat is strictly optional for the main course. If you tell the cook your dish is vegetarian, you get a discount. The appetizer soups are very plain, but the variety of veggies and sauces you have for your main course make it a good spot to eat. I also find it relaxing and spacious. You pay by the weight of your bowl. It can get over 25$ if you aren't careful. Go heavy on veggies and light on meats and noodles to keep the costs down.
