I get the feeling the owner actively discriminates against men. Especially in hiring. If I wanted that woke trash, I can stick with Starbucks. Their prices are lower, and I won't be blinded by the stark cold all white esthetic. I'll try this place again in 6 months if they are still around.

Great tasting wrap. The latte was up to the standards I used to enjoy when living in Vancouver 20 years ago. Glad to see them back on the Island!

Food and drinks are pretty basic and the coffee is not my favorite. Reminds me of Starbucks, still expensive, trying to be trendy, but doesn't have a lot of choices like the menu was incomplete before opening.

Great atmosphere with creative drinks. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They have sandwiches forlunch and breakfast. The croissant sandwiches are my personal favorite. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Cool looking place and the staff are friendly. But pretty expensive… $6.77 before tip for a small iced mocha is a lot. Nice to have somewhere in the mall to get coffee again though!

Really wanted to give this place a try. Left feeling disappointed. The atmosphere didn't feel at all welcoming, and the staff weren't very friendly. Unfortunately, we didn't finish the drinks that we ordered either. If you're going to spend 6$ on a drink, definitely save your money go somewhere else.

It’s really nice to have a coffee shop in Westshore Mall again! But I found it to be a bit overpriced. I got a Large Iced Vanilla Latte which came to $7.30 after tax (without tip). Other local coffee shops I’ve been to are a dollar less than that. The drink was good though!

Just met a friend for coffee here, first time. Atmosphere was nice and quiet at least you hear yourself think, bright and coffee was delish. Pricey but delish. Servers were helpful. A very nice shop so different to Starbucks.

They don’t have coffee shop basics like coconut milk and stevia. Zero customer service. Every food item has pork so if you’re vegan or don’t eat pork (like myself) there is no food options for you. Barista got my order wrong and when I told her my order again, she proceeded to talk $H!7 about me behind the bar with another staff member. Best part, the owner was right there and it didn’t phase him at all. Missing Starbucks, which I never thought I’d say as I’m an avid supporter of locally owned businesses. Five stars for ambiance, 1 star for everything else.
