Watch the Olympiques in this historical stadium before they move to a new one. It's really great, quirky, great hockey, and the concessions are super reasonable. The parking is plentiful and it's so close to Ottawa. In some ways it's easier to get to than a 67's game at Landsdowne park.

Great place to park your R.V. over night or for couple of days

The Guertin is the best place to watch a hockey game. ~$20 taxes included gets you major jr. hockey in a building where the main concourse/standing room has sight lines better than any lower bowl/100 level seating in a NHL building. When I ordered four beers the server grabbed a six pack and took two cans off, served me the four still hanging on the plastic. What’s important is pretty much every arena or public event you go to, your beers will be opened and maybe poured to avoid people throwing or walking out with them. At the Guertin they trust their patrons will not be a jackass’ with their beer cans. Who the hell wastes beer anyways? You get to keep your second sealed until you are ready to open it yourself. Finally, those four beers cost only marginally more than one 24 oz draft at a sens game.

Great old fashioned arena just over the bridge in Gatineau. Excellent place to watch major junior and the NHL's next up and comes. Only thing that's a negative worth mentioning is the seats aren't very big but that's what you get with older arenas. Overall I enjoy watching hockey here.

I Came To Ottawa In 1993 and my uncle took me to my first ice hockey game here and I loved it and still hold good memories of that day

Tiny arena but great atmosphere, you can feel the hits and hear the yelling. Why are the benches on opposite sides but the boxes is on the home team's side? This gives the home team an advantage in getting a replacement out after a penalty expires... Just odd

Great venue for tko48 this evening

It was one of the coolest barns around! The old style of old time hockey just shines in the place! To bad it’s turning into a dump now! Won’t be long until it’s gone forever! I have awesome memories coming here growing up!

Its old, outdated, ugly but it's still probably the best atmosphere of any place I've ever watched a live hockey game. Get there before the Olympiques get a new arena.

It's a relatively pleasant experience when it was in use. It's probably not the best seats however the feeling of an old arena is cool.
