In the midst of a driving wind and rainstorm James dropped what he was doing and came to help secure and cover some roof vent covers that had blown off. He gave me an estimate to begin with, and was open about the costs and possible length of time to replace and repair them when the weather improved. I found him to be easy to work with, honest and reliable. I would recommend him to anyone wanting local help with home maintenance. He did return and complete the job in drier weather, reporting to me some other potential issues on the roof. And because the raingutters were overflowing filled with leaves and pine needles he unplugged the downspout and did some quick cleanup there. I will definitely use him again for other home maintenance issures I cannot handle.
