Colton was amazing at helping us with answers and measuring etc. Felt very comfortable working with him, as my husband and I were there 2 times trying to figure out how to measure space for a sectional. Thanks can't wait for it to arrive!

Awesome! Went in to purchase a TV and got the best service we could possibly get.Steve C. is pleasant, friendly, and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. Very helpful in comparing different makes to be sure WE were making the right choice. Will definetly shop there again.

Massively disappointed!Dominic was initially great in helping us choose our appliance package. However, they took my 50% deposit over a year ago. I then paid in full at the start of November, as this was the only way I’d be assured of receiving my appliances at the start of December, when we planned to move in. I’m still waiting for my dishwasher….nothing like hand washing dishes over Christmas, when someone has been sitting on your deposit for over a year.No offer of compensation, no apology…At this stage I would definitely not recommend purchasing an appliance package at the Brick in Cranbrook.

the Brick store in Cranbrook gets a 10/10, The salesman Steve was amazing, , both of the delivery people are great, and Wanda deals with any issues immediately. i have purchased several appliances from them in the past and will only shop there because of their customer service. they keep many appliances in stock so you dont have to wait to get one. Bought my fridge yesterday and was installed today. Kudos all around to the staff!
