Amazing, honest service!We contacted Ryan a few weeks back to install screens for our windows! Amazing, fast, punctual service! Would recommend them to all of our friends and family!

First, let me start off by stating that Ryan is great in person. He came up with a bunch of good suggestions for my queries, came to do the measurements, and got everything installed and it looks great in more of a decent timeline than competitors I reached out to. He really went above and beyond in terms of the installation, especially assisting with redoing the screen door! In terms of service and work quality, I would highly recommend Ryan.However, it would be impossible to give him 5 stars, as attempting to get a hold of him via text or call is an exercise in frustration. I think he should probably hire an assistant to help out with the calls and queries that he receives, as it would help him not miss returning any queries and messages from existing, or potential customers.

I am new to BC and Port Coquitlam. I have engaged Southcoast screens to install patio and window screens. Ryan from South coast is genuine, knowledgeable and professional.Evan nowadays Ryan observed Covid safety measures with shoes cover and face mask on. This gave you extra peace of mind if you have little ones or elderly at home.He came to measure the sizes. He delivered and installed at the scheduled date and time (about 1.5 weeks from the measurement taken); despite we need to move it off by one day due to the windstorm and power outage. He called to explain and rescheduled the installation at my convenience.Southcoast uses good quality materials to make the screens. We just purchased a new house and the builder left a bunch of random sized screens uninstalled. Ryan helped us adjust the screen to the correct size and install the screens to all the windows in the house. He also taught us how to take them off and put them back! He is friendly, attentive and he did a fantastic job. Definitely recommended, you wont get disappointed!

Ryan at South Coast Screens came to my rescue when another screen company didn't show up to install my screens. Ryan replied to all my texts promptly, showed up on time for appointments and went out of his way to make sure my screens were installed in a timely manner, he actually installed them much sooner than I expected. Southcoast screens did an amazing job with our balcony screen and also for our AC unit they made us plexiglass inserts so that it look beautiful when we have our AC unit set up.Highly recommend using these guys for any balcony screens or getting your AC inserts set up on plexiglass.

The Screens & AC Vent worked perfectly!! Looked everywhere for a solution to our Portable AC vent & Ryan made us a perfect for plexiglass screen with frame to match our screens, awesome!

Ryan has been an excellent screen installer. He took the time measuring my windows accurately and had them made and installed just matching the size of my windows. He even demonstrated to us appropriate steps of installing and taking off the screens so next time when I need to wash my windows I'd know how to do so without hurting my fingers.
