Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any dealership. First time I needed the media package looked at that’s in the dash, waited for over a month for the appointment. Brought the truck in to have it fixed and get an oil change, waited for 7 hours, they returned my vehicle without fixing the problem at all, claiming the mechanic didn’t have time to fix. Today after once again waiting for a month, this time to fix a check engine light and clear the limp mode problems from a def heater. They claimed to not even have it booked. I gave all information they could possibly want and confirmed date and time on my way out the door. I’m now waiting again to have them do their job properly. Completely incompetent desk staff. At least three people need to find a new job, no organization can fail so spectacularly and expect to remain in business. Hoskins sucks.

Rob and the rest of the staff at Hoskins Ford were a dream to work with. They were extremely helpful in finding us the perfect truck within our price range.They spent the time with us to answer any questions we had, and honestly just went above and beyond tp make sure everything was smooth and seamless for us.I highly recommend them.

After numerous times not answering my phone calls I went in looking for an oil change. I explained I wasn’t from the area and had a trailer. The lady wouldn’t even take my contact or try to see if they could squeeze something in over the next few weeks before my journey. Very understaffed.

My first time at hoskins in many years. Parts were in stock, they provided a great courtesy vehicle, when the work was complete, I understood what had been done, and my truck had been cleaned before being returned. The best experience I have had at a dealership in a long time.

We’ve never had a good experience with the service department at Hoskins Ford. Currently there is a recall with the door locks freezing. My husband and I went in and inquired about this after our doors froze. One gentleman told us that they could order the parts and it would take a few weeks, but in the mean time if it happened again we could stand outside with a hair dryer and warm up the door locks. A few weeks later after not hearing anything we went back and someone else spoke to us saying that there isn’t any parts to fix the situation permanently, but there was a short term solution and he would order the parts for us.

Great experience purchasing a new vehicle. I live in Vancouver and completed the deal all over the phone with Brendan, Mark and Juan. They all went above and beyond to help facilitate a trade on my vehicle in Vancouver just to save me the tax. Would recommend these guys to anybody looking for a new vehicle. Excellent service!

I just had my 2017 F150 serviced at Hoskins yesterday. When I picked it up it was clean, had a 4L jug of windshield washer fluid inside and my invoice was explained to me from top to bottom.The Service Manger detailed the condition of all aspects of my truck and let me know what options I had moving forward.Dan and Leigh were great.Thanks for doing what you do.

Our son and daughter are moving from Alaska to the State of Washington for a new job in the midst of Canadian COVID rules and more rules. Time limits to cross Canada are one such rule and vehicle trouble can place compliance in jeopardy. So when the Brake Control Module in his Ford truck overheated and sent smoke rolling through the truck and locked up his trailer brakes 4 hours south of Whitehorse he had to make a tough choice. He dropped the trailer and went back to the Ford dealer in Whitehorse. They were awful, no help, just said they were busy and couldn't help and told him to leave. So we called Hoskins Ford in Smithers BC and explained the situation. Dan from Hoskins Service was so great!! He really took care of us setting an appointment for the next day at 3 pm, pre-ordered parts out of Edmonton to have them on hand and made time at 8 am in the morning to visually check and confirm no wiring harnesses had melted and would need repair too. Hoskins Ford Service team really understands their customers and were great listeners. If I needed service and was anywhere near Hoskins Ford in Smithers BC I would have them do the work! Thank you Dan!!!! You're the best!
