Mercedes-Benz Etobicoke Sales

This review is for the website only. I've been looking at a lot of cars, on all GTA sites and the advantage of course is that you don't have to drive out to see a car because you can see plenty of pictures on the site. Not any more. Now all the pictures are generic. For example, I see a description that says napa brown leather seats. I look at the pictures and what do I see? Black seats. It's not even worth looking at the images anymore, they are not of the car you are researching.

I won’t give them 1 star just because the Commercial Van representative that works in this location is a great salesman, I had a positive experience buying a van from him but I can’t say the same from the rest of the dealership, I went 3 times to try and buy a new GLC or a GLE and still waiting for them to give me a call as When I went all sales representatives were busy with customers .. all 3 times and NOT ONE single call backOn top of that I had another Mercedes Benz and needed their help to transfer the lease, well not only they charge $300 more than the Mercedes Benz Midtown dealership, but they took 3 days to reply to a single email as again .. guess what .. the financial manager was also busy ..Its a corporate store, but it represents the brand in an awful way ... make yourself a favor and just avoid this store and visit Mercedes Benz Oakville or Mississauga or drive to Midtown.

Are you kidding me now, they are all selling cars in this neighborhood.They have their neighbor across the street selling cars. Then they got 2 neighbors on the other corner of the street selling cars (also to mention the two neighbors on the other corner of the street share the same first name)The poor guy across the street called Petro Canada is not selling cars yet. He's still selling gas (liquid). He needs to sell cars too.

Amazing place. I went to several dealers before the purchase, best experience with this dealer. Shawn was amazing, very knowledgable and accessible. Thanks Shawn. Try this dealer and you will not be disappointed. I have not visited the service department yet.

Worst customer serviceWent with my husband to purchase a GLA250 and prepared to pay for it in full today. The blonde saleswoman at the desk was too lazy to get up from her desk and show us the vehicles. Even when she finally got up, she seemed bothered to answer our questions about the car. We felt judged (because of our accent) and not served at all. Did not expect that low standard of customer service from Mercedes-Benz. Left the dealership very disappointed. Advised the lady there to make herself and others a favor and not show up at work if she does not like her job.

Leased my c43 cabriolet and could not be more happier with service and attention I have received. Not pushy, professional and intelligent staff that sell via being informative rather than using cheap sales tactics.I was allowed to do multiple test drives on multiple models before committing to my lease, and the test drives were allowed without a rep, which made me feel free to explore and feel comfortable in the car.Overall great experience, Ziad and his coworker were amazing.Why 4 of 5 stars though? Their service/parts department needs to amp the game in customer service and stop upselling at every opportunity.

This is our second experience purchasing a vehicle at the Mercedes-Benz Etobicoke Sales Centre. We found that our first time at this Sales Centre was very successful and everyone at this location went out of there way to make us comfortable. We were so pleased the first time that our sales rep, Vab Sethi, helped to guide us through the entire process with an amazingly high level of professionalism and excellent customer service. When it came time to look into a newer vehicle, there was not even a second thought about where we would go. We went into the dealership with general ideas about what we thought we wanted. However, once we discussed our options with Vab, he was able to guide us in the direction we needed to go and helped us make the right decision. We took a couple of Mercedes out for test drives, but they weren't exactly what we wanted. However, since he had dealt with us before, he knew better what we were looking for and brought the perfect Mercedes-Benz to light for us. We wanted something unique, powerful and stylish in a Mercedes and Vab was able to deliver in Aces. We love our new Mercedes and will definitely be back again for the next, new Mercedes!

Amazing Service! I have been to Mercedes Dealer in Barrie and in Brampton but the service I received here was the best. Denney our sales rep went above and beyond and made sure that we are satisfied with our purchase. He made the whole process very smooth, not once we felt pressured by him to buy the car. He gave us his direct line and even replied to his messages on his day off. I will defiantly recommend this place over any other Mercedes dealer, I will be going back myself to buy another car and all credit goes to Denney and his customer service.

I visited four times. First time for about an hour with my dad just to see the various models and speak to the sales staff to learn which one would be suitable for my parents.I came the next day with my both my parents to show my mom the model I selected for her. We spent about thirty minutes while she explored the different options available.Two days later we came for a test drive. Spent about an hour with the same sales rep. Up till now he was a patient and genuinely a sincere person.Next day was our fourth visit. We made an offer and left in fifteen min.Never heard back!!Not even a courtesy call back!!No follow up. No we appreciate your interest and want your business"Nothing!I even called them and left a message!Again.... nothingNever waste my time there again!"

was 100% ready to purchase a GLC. The arrogance and condescending tone of the tall young blonde lady (under 30 yrs old) behind the counter was such a turn off that I couldn't spend more than 10 minutes there. First question she asked how much can you afford?" I wonder if my accent had something to do with her assumption or she is just rude. Next question with more condescending tone "is this your first Mercedes purchase?" and from there i just stopped interacting with her and started looking at few cars for few minutes and left.Management needs to train their staff basics of customer service.A "pretty face" is not all it takes to make a customer feel welcome!"
