Bought a pair of reebok work boots on March 28, 2022. On June 25, 2002 the bottom of the right shoe is coming apart. I took them back for warranty and was initially refused by a very non sympathetic bordering on rude employee. See big white beard. I returned July 7, 2022 and was again met with resistance, before meeting his boss, who grudgingly conceeded and gave me full credit of $170 towards another pair of work boots. I appreciate the eventual understanding of my rightful complaint, and how they did right by a customer.

Had some 9“ timberland pros. 5 months in on 6 month warranty the back of one started ripping. No problem giving me a new pair or switching to different.. Which I did. Great customer service. Only place to buy boots if your in trades.

Excellent customer service, competitive prices. I needed to try on a lot of shoes because of my short fat feet, and they were extremely helpful, understanding and patient. I paid $50 less than I would have at another store where there was no customer service.

Jerby helped me out as soon as I got into the door and because of that, he helped me snag one of the last pairs of the dark brown Timberland boondocks which also came with the options of free shoe laces or mink oil. Super happy with my purchase and the great customer service!

Can't remember can't remember the guys name I talked to but I was concerned about the winter performance of some jeans Hamilton's the guy was patient I picked some Kodiak work boots 8 in height and all super happy with them I told him I'd give him a review of the boot so yeah these Kodiak Souls work really good they don't slip on the ice

Good customer service. They no longer sell factory seconds which was the reason why you could find cheap work boots here at one time. They re prices are still competitive. My friend ended up making a work boot purchase there vs Mark's and Peavy mart while shopping regent ave yesterday. Found the most favorable boot there.

I always find good deals here, usually boots are marked down $100 or more from the full retail cost elsewhere. Who cares if they are last year's model, or maybe have a scuff or something. They are still good boots, and they are going to get scuffed plenty at work. I actually bought one pair of boots and then came back a few days later to buy another pair of the same boots, for when the first pair wears out. It was that good of a deal. Unfortunately, they were out of both of the freebies (spare laces or mink oil), but I'm still happy with my purchases. I recommend this store to anyone looking for work apparel, at discounted prices.

I purchased a keen work boots last feb. 5, 2022 and after a week of using i find it not comfortable to used. I phone them asking for return or even like exchange item but they won't allow ne coz its used already. I pay over 200$ for that boots totaly not happy about it. I will not go back in this store ever again.
