Purchased a fireplace snobby staff and not very helpful

Sell all different types of fireplace which are very unusual and beautiful.

Horrible service. They put down other places, keep trying to switch you to their products and refuse to support any other products they sell. Arrogant Indian lady

I have been dealing with, and referring clients to, Woodbridge Fireplace for a number of years. Kitty is lovely to deal with, she is friendly, efficient and helpful. They have a good selection of gas and electric fireplaces, and will do their best to help you pick the right unit. In eight years, I have not had a single issue as far product quality or customer service. I will continue to use and send clients here. I highly recommend this company :)

Good selection of fireplaces and barbecues.

Arguably the best gas fireplace store in the GTA. Visited several other companies in Toronto and North York, but finally stopped at Woodbridge Fireplace in Mississauga. Their spacious showroom, the product presentation, the customer service, variety of choices, and professionalism during the installation, were way above our expectations! I highly recommend checking them out if you are shopping for a gas or electric fireplace!

I have a fireplace insert already but due to raccoon damage to my roof I had excessive water come through my chimney and damage the burner. I called the company that I purchase the insert from and they did not want to help me and gave me a gentleman the could service my insert. He came out and told me I would need a new burner but the logs were fine, he also suggested Woodbridge Fireplace and not the original company I dealt with. Interesting. Anyway, I called Woodbridge Fireplace for a quote, the service was amazing and the quote was great! The service person was out today and he was courteous and professional. What a pleasure doing business with this company!

Amazing service and turnaround time! Removal of old fireplace & installation was so clean, without any damage to existing mantel. Highly recommended!!

Very helpful, when ready to replace unit will definitely use them

As an interior designer, I was challenged to find an open flame gas insert while remodeling my client's spacious kitchen. The web search was mostly pointing to US sellers which made me uncomfortable. Finally, I was glad to discover that some of the high-end gas inserts and fireplaces are actually being manufactured in Toronto by Woodbridge Fireplace. Their spacious showroom, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and quality of the product exceeded my expectations. My clients adore the new fire feature for their contemporary house.
