My 2nd time out during COVID since February. With Covid precautions in place in and out in great time. The 2 Doctors and all their staff so professional, very kind! I don’t move very quickly due to Mobility, staff very Patient! We have been going to this office for years! Wouldn’t go any where else! I trust the 2 podiatrists.They know their stuff and give me good advice!

Their assessments and treatments are professional and thorough and they have helped me over many years. They take the time to listen to all my concerns and answer all my questions patiently. I've seen both Doctors over the course of many years and they're both wonderful and know what they're talking about. I'd recommend them to anyone. A friend dropped in for a consult one day and ended up pain free and not needing surgery on his foot. 4 Stars due to wait times but they've been getting better lately.

They're a little slow getting you in but once they figure out which procedure they will preform for you they're very fast. Just be prepared to wait about half an hour in the waiting room.

Nice staff, but twice I went, twice I was given orthotics that hurt my feet. The first time after my third visit things felt good. The second time I gave up after the third visit. I got cheaper & better orthotics from Bioped. I hate being negative, but I felt the need to post this.

When it comes to healthcare, we Canadians have the belief that our system is world class. In some aspects, it is. In others, not so much. One such area is customer service. Dr. Roth needs to slow down and start listening" to the patient (customer). During my recent visit it was as if he had a couple of Red Bulls before my arrival
