Very nice customer service and trustworthy. They let me keep my car overnight at their shop for no charge, as I don’t have a garage and my window only becomes available the next day. Almost every single piece of glass has been cleaned and their work was just amazing! Definitely recommend!

Called Speedy Glass this morning at 11:30 regarding a vandalized rear window, they had the replacement window immediately available and my car was ready by 3:30. They cleaned up all the broken glass and it appears they vacuumed my whole car too. Thank you!!

Great, friendly and speedy service from Michael, exactly what their name suggests! I called to book an appointmemt and they had a cancellation, so got chip repaired straight away and in less than an hour. Would certainly recommend!

The service is ok, but the customer service guy is very rude and disrespectful to the customers. He was supposed to call us to provide update on an order but he didn't do so and delayed our work. At the time of delivering the service, he impolitely threw the damaged windshield in front of us to respond our question. Overall, the behaviour was very unprofessional and not the type of customer service you'd expect in Canada. I don't recommend this place. Maybe consider other Speedy Glass locations for a service.

I was shaken up after a brick-sized piece of ice destroyed my windshield. Michael, the manager at the York Avenue location was kind, understanding, and efficient. Just as important, the work was first rate, performed quickly — and all it cost was my insurance deductible.I hope not to need their services again anytime soon, but if I do, I will happily (under the circumstances) be a return customer!

I was very happy with my experience with my chip repair at Speedy Glass. The online booking process was very simple and convenient. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The process was quick and efficient when I brought my vehicle in and it cost me nothing with my comprehensive insurance. Recommend bringing a shopping bag to go hit Dollarama around the corner for the hour it takes to fix. Great experience!

Amazing! I was blown away by their customer service and they did an amazing job on my windshield, they also gave some recommendations for what I should be looking at for insurance since I had to get my windshield replaced in order to get insurance. Will definitely be returning for any future needs.
