Been a frequent visitor to Ben's Cafe. It is an absolute gem!! The food here has always been delicious and the owners - warm and welcoming. Every visit to Bens has been an absolute delight, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. My fav is their Denver Sandwich.

My new favourite place for lunch. Absolutely the way every meal is prepared. It’s delicious and fresh. So many healthy nutritious options. Also very economical considering the portion and quality of food.

BEST FOOD AND SERVICE EVER! They make the food with love and it’s so delicious. They have a diverse selection, which makes it hard to choose what I want to eat for the day since it all looks so good! The family that owns the business are so kind and will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your meal.

Best lunch in town! We come here at least once a week. Great friendly atmosphere and best spicy ceasar wrap we have ever had. Fast and great to go.

We stopped in for a quick lunch and were greeted by Ben himself. He is the ultimate sandwich and wrap artist. The staff were friendly and our food was fantastic! (Mmmm pickles!). I would suggest some more inviting seating arrangements and maybe a more esthetically pleasing ‘to-go’ packaging. We will be back for the people and the food regardless.

Amazing!!! Eating the turkey brie right now and I’m BLOWN AWAY by the high quality of the ingredients and the care that Ben takes to carefully craft the PERFECT sandwich. Same with the salads. Expertly made really make the difference, not just thrown together and shoved in a bag like some places. Big portions too. You won’t regret going to Ben’s Cafe

Food was amazing, and made pretty quickly given it was all made by hand. I didn't expect to be this taken aback by something as simple as toast, eggs, and bacon/sausage, but I guess you learn something new each day.If I had to adjust one thing, I wish there would've been reusable utensils available, or something just a little sturdier than just plastic, but given it was two people behind the counter making everything I can imagine that would be some extra hassle for them. Still, it's a minor complaint, and definitely doesn't take away from enjoying it. Would definitely recommend checking this place out.

Went here for the first time yesterday. Beautiful inside. The food was excellent, reasonably priced, and healthy! The ppl who were making the food and running the cash register (I believe the owners) were so nice! Now that I live close, I'll be back at least once a week.One of my favorite foods is a chicken caesar wrap, which is pictured. I loved it! We also tried tried avacado smash sandwhich and the avacado egg wrap. All excellent! Highly recommend!

I ordered the turkey and brie sandwich, really good portion and SOOO good. All the different flavours tasted amazing together. Service was great and so friendly. They let me sample the soup of the day, Lentil, which was tasty!!
