Dr. Ali Zedan Degan Al-Hellawi

Ive had the worst experience of my life here , im writing this after almost 4 years because i am still suffering from his wrong advices

On April 16th, 2016 I got into a car accident. I have been feeling back pain after that and thought it would go away. It's been about 3 days since the incident and I haven't felt better while I'm at work or doing other daily activities.I decided to call my family doctor who I haven't seen in 3 years, mostly because I haven't felt sick or found the need to. My view on doctors, just like any service, go when you need to go. If you're not going to use the service, especially a service that is already scarce as it is, why take someone else's dire opportunity to see a doctor?My point isn't there. I don't mind trying to find another doctor. Honestly, I didn't even mind not being seen at all.I called called Dr. Ali Al-Hellawi's office hoping to be seen or at least advised on where to go. When I called, the receptionist stated that I may not be seen, but I can come in to see what he says. I said, sure no problem, I'll be there in 15 minutes.Dr. Ali Al-Hellawi is currently treating my mother with some medical issues she has been having. It has been ongoing, and still has not been solved and sees him regularly. So I assumed he was at least someone who is familiar with my family and has a connection there.When I entered the office, I was told to sit and wait. I did so for about 30-45 minutes until he could see me. When I entered the office, I greeted him and asked him how his day was. He then asked me why are you here?" I said "well I got into a car accident on Saturday.." And without even finishing what I had to say

Definitely the worst pathetic heartless physician hands down he has no heart or sympathy towards hos patients .I went with a friend of mine to see him and it took us half a day finally we met this frowning old man with an attitude of a soldier and for a moment we thought he was not even paying attention to us . Avoid at all cost

My husband called his office and booked an appointment. He took a day off to go there.He waited and waited in his office until the doctor took all his patients. After that the doctor called my husband then told him: sorry I can't take you because you came after long time of your previous visits. So why they didn't tell my husband that by phone so he would not take a day off!!!!! And he wouldn't come at all. That doctor has wasted my husband's time and his job.

Dr Ali has been my doctor since 2013, he has treated me with lots of respect, I can go anytime and be looked after, I remembered a time I could not afford my diabetic medications because they were so expensive, he made sure I had supplies to last me for at least 3 months at a time, I woke up one day feeling pain and I went to see him he told me to go to the nearest hospital, it turned out I was very sick and was immediately admitted. He is a doctor I can talked to and depend on at all time, I would recommend him anytime to anyone.

Doctor Ali is a caring and enthusiastic doctor. He is involved and always attempts to find solutions that are forward and according to latest research.Highly recommended doctor!

Worst service I've ever seen in my life

Called to arrange a prescription for Ventolin, an asthma inhaler with minimal side effects and is very commonly used by asthma patients. I use it sparingly so I have had my puffer over many years, but it recently ran out. Called Dr. Al-Hellawi and the receptionist was helpful, trying to arrange a prescription for me over the phone. I have a file with Dr. Al-Hellawi but I don’t go see him, since my health is fine and it is unnecessary. In the end, the Dr. denied me a prescription despite me needing it badly, simply because my last prescription was with my old family doctor when I was younger. Based on other reviews, if you go to the family doctor sparingly, I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Al-Hellawi, since it seems he doesn’t treat patients who visit rarely fairly.
