After The salesman realized they didn't have the shirt I wanted in my size, He grabbed a shirt that wasn't my size off the shelf and tried to play dumb about grabbing the wrong size shirt. Felt very unprofessional and only cared about making a sale, not about the customer

I went here with a friend when we were getting ready for a night on the town. The staff here was amazing, they spent lots of time with us, made sure we had everything we wanted, and really had a lot of fun with us. A great way to start off a fun night was with a fun shopping trip.

I had a wedding to attend while I was in Kamloops needless to say that I did not have the proper clothing for it. since I always shop at tip top surrey I decided to stop at this location. Lets say it was a right decision. The service was exceptional. Sheila was a great and amazing. she helped me to find proper clothing and color for this event. Once again thank you.

There is limited selection of larger sizes but I have gotten some good items at this store. Service is always good when I have gone. Only complaint is lack of larger sizes. There is no big and tall store in Kamloops. They woukd be wise to offer more larger sizes.

I was shopping for a suit for my husband. We really appreciated the friendly, professional assistance. Sheila took measurements and found the best colors and styles that would work with his style and physique. Although he ended up deciding on a suit at a different store, we were very impressed with the time, and recommendations. Tip Top had some great suits at a reasonable price; I would consider buying a suit, shirt, tie here in the future! Thanks for a great first experience with your store!

Went in not knowing a thing about suits and came out with an amazing experiance and an amazing suit, the ladies in there know so much about what would work well on someone and are hilarious and fun, HIGHLY recommending them for anyone looking for a good price for an amazing suit
