This place is amazing. My son just celebrated his 6 birthday and the experience couldn’t have been better. The coach that hosted the party was amazing and the venue was perfect. They had age appropriate games and the kids all enjoyed the obstacles. 5 stars all around

Awesome gym - both my kids are in ninja kids - have been since September 2022 and we will keep going weekly until they say stop. Coaches are encouraging & kind & fun. All levels of kiddos are welcome here. Such a positive place for kids.

This gym is incredible!! I just finished my 3 week trial and feel like I have been working out there for ever. All of the staff is inviting and accommodating and the people that attend have all been so welcoming. It really is an incredible environment to work out in. I am definitely going into my Spartan this weekend feeling prepared and as ready as I'll ever be!

Absolutely the best! The gym setup, equipment, coaches, and members are amazing. There's ninja classes for kids, workout group classes, personal training, and open gym with obstacle course/ninja gym for adults too. It's the atmosphere here that makes this place great, super fun and encouraging, with just the right amount of competitive to push you to keep getting better. Come give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

Was our first time here but was by far the best birthday party!! Was incredibly easy to book, great value, and SO MUCH FUN!! They were ready for us as soon as we got there and kept the kids engaged and safe the entire time. The worst part was trying to get the kids to leave at the end of the party - they would have stayed all day! Highly recommend! Will absolutely be back! Coach Brynn was a blast - the kids loved her.

My kids are doing the ninja class here. Although it doesn’t seem like they will become the ninja that you see in the movies, they love it and sleep well afterwards.

Hosted my son’s birthday party here. It went great. I didn’t know what to expect as I had never been inside. My daughter does classes here but with covid I hadn’t gone in.They were well organized, had a space setup for us. The staff were great. I wasn’t expecting any coaching her real leadership with the package I picked but they were there going over how to use the equipment, organizing games, supervising, and encouraging the kids. 10/10 would do again. It was one of the easiest birthday parties I have ever hosted.

This gym is such a gem. The trainers are absolutely fantastic, one on one and in group settings, they know their stuff and can help you customize your workout. The entire staff are friendly, helpful and genuinely care. Each workout is structured, easy to follow and makes you sweat! I highly recommend this gym. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

I've seen fitness classes, and I've seen obstacle course gyms, but I this was my first time experiencing both.A friend and I dropped in to try out a obstacle technique class here.The first half of the class was based around OCR training, with cardio elements interspersed with obstacles, exercises that would prepare you for some obstacles (like pull ups and bear crawls), and of course, burpees.The second half of the class focused on technique of specific obstacles that we wanted to try–how to do them more efficiently to save energy and prevent costly slip ups in an OCR setting.They offer classes focusing on other areas as well, and caters a lot to children. The only drawback is that the cost is higher than the average gym, which I assume is because these are all instructor-led.

City Fit is more than a gym. It’s a community.The staff is phenomenal and the programs for both the kids and the adults are designed to get the best out of you.Every adult class has options tailored for your fitness level and allows you to progress at your own pace without feeling intimidated. Don’t get me wrong, you’ll feel it - but you’ll love it!Every class is instructor led and every coach genuinely cares about each athlete.My favourite thing about this gym is the other members.New members are always greeted and welcomed by the other members. We cheer each other on and even get a little competitive from time to time.I have and will continue to recommend City Fit to anyone.
