Racquelle is always available to respond to any queries and concerns you might have.I had various problems with my pool this year therefore work with few members of Pristine Pools. All of them were extremely knowledgeable and patient with me. They answered all my questions and even showed me some extra tips.Without a doubt, I would recommend them as the must go for all your pool problem. Their price is also very competitive.

I had an assessment of a closed, dilapidated pool in a house that my family and I recently purchased. Overall excellent experience with Jackson and his team at Pristine Pools. We had a liner replacement and while suppliers were having stock issues, the professionalism from Pristine Pools was top notch. The liner install looks really great and we are very happy with the work done. Extremely personable to work with and clearly skilled at what they do, I would highly recommend Pristine Pools to anyone looking for a honest, responsive, and talented pool company.

Updated June 2023: this is to say, yes, the great service standard continues. Jackson, himself, came down to fix our pool lights today. He is really caring, communicative in the right way, honest, and so good to have on your side. As a matter of fact, starting with Racquelle in the office (prompt, courteous, always helpful) just every one I’ve dealt with so far on that team is stellar. Keep up the good work. In this day and age of “take it or leave it “ customer service, Pristine pools are a standout difference of a good product and customer experience.Original reviews:As far as customer service goes, Jackson and the Pristine team are just fantastic. Pristine had done a great job with the pool closing last Fall. This is only half a review, as the Opening service this year (yesterday, actually) could not be completed because a/my filter handle was broken and b/Jackson discovered that there was a bad leak on the filter head and it needed replacement. So, he will come back with the urgently ordered parts and start off our pool tomorrow. But so far, Jackson and his team are thoroughly professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable – and their services are very cost effective and probably one of the most reasonable in the region!There was a delay in finding the handle part for the Hayward filter system, but Jackson actually took the time to come out himself, and diligently, patiently worked rather hard to fix it on what seemed like a very badly jammed head assembly. He just did not give up until it was done – and done properly. Sadly, only to discover on testing, that the entire head was leaking. So, that has been ordered and I am waiting for him to come back.Jackson is a young man, but his experience goes a long way, and he does know his way around pools. From speaking with him, he has a tremendous amount of commitment to his current roster of customers, and I quote I’d rather offer better service to 1000 recurring annually than just ok level service to 2000." Two guys opened my pool back in June. They were cool, the customer service rep is nice too. I paid for the opening closing package. I ended up removing and filled my pool due to a leak and issues with the concrete. Wasn't worth keeping. Pristine pool refunded me for the closing cost of the package.

This is the first time I have used Pristine Pools for opening our pool. Mike and Justin opened our pool on Monday. They took their time and ensure that all the parts of the pool were cleaned thoroughly. The whole process from booking, actual opening and payment processing was very smooth. Mike also suggested to call the office/Jackson, to get some recommendations with regards who can come inspect our liner and also do some much needed repairs to the waterfall due to falling concrete/cement. Once again I highly recommend these guys and would be using them for various other services that they provide.

i had to leave a review because there is no way this company can have five stars. it must be all family and friends leaving reviews. we would never use them again and would never recommend them.they opened our pool one year and did a terrible job. the pool stayed green and it took them weeks to get the water clear. they had to come back more than once.we now use a different company to open and close our pool. the water clears up in a day or so when opening like it should. no issues at all when closing.search for other local pool companies. you will have a much better experience.

We got Jackson to open our pool this year and loved his services. We have used multiple pool companies in Durham and none compare to the service he gave us. He was very knowledgable and professional, offered us amazing prices and did everything in a timely manor. We will defiantly be using pristine pools for closures and future services!

Jackson and his team have been amazing! They have opened and closed my pool and they have cleaned my pool. This year they installed a brand new liner and pump and we couldn't be more more happier with their service and the results. Jackson is very professional and easy to work with.
