Great experience with staff and the cute blue tandem bike! $18 per hour and riding in Stanley Park was just beautiful.

Service was smooth. Technicians helped us set up our bike and make sure everything was adjusted properly. Bike was in good condition and operated without issues.

We made a last minute decision to rent a bike on Victoria Day near closing and they accommodated 3 bikes for 2hrs (for around 14 each person).Bikes were very smooth and 2hrs was great for two laps around Stanley park during sunset.We were 2-3mins late returning the bikes at closing but they were very nice about it.

Walked in and walked out with a bike within 3 minutes. No pesky waivers to sign. Price exactly as advertised- $14 for a sturdy bike and helmet for 2 hours. Great location and fast service. Doesn’t get better than this.

We found these guys online and chose them because of the good reviews. They didn't disappoint. Great bikes, friendly and helpful service.We wanted to try the hybrid bikes so we could peddle but get the advantage of a motor when we wanted it. The 2 hours flew by and we'll be back. Fun little bikes and the motor can really get going for a little extra fun

The tandem bike was broken when we were in the middle of Stanley park. The pedals didn’t move with the chains. We walked the heavy bike all the way back to the store. When we get there, a young staff checked our bike and agreed that something was wrong. He offered us a full refund although we didn’t ask for it. However, the cashier was unhappy about the refund and double confirmed with her boss. Her boss turned to us and told us the bike’s working fine now (of course it’s fine after fixing). He also challenged us what the problem was and what happened.It’s totally ridiculous. We walked the broken bike across from Stanley park. It totally disrupted our plan and we were only expressing our disappointment - didn’t even ask for a refund. It’s your staff to offer us a full refund after checking the bike, and now you think that we are trying to get benefits by complaining? We didn’t need to rent a bike for free by making up a story. We even didn’t mind paying full price for 2 hours. We made our stance very clear and turned out we were charged for 1 hour (it took us almost an hour to walk the heavy bike from the middle of Stanley park to the shop).Not a second chance for this shop. There are a lot of bike shops nearby.
