Clare Pajot - Real Estate Agent

My husband and I met Clare Pajot around March of this year (2022) as a referral from our daughter, who Clare also helped to find a place for her and our grand-daughter to live. What we learned about Clare was that she is a licensed Realtor, who is also knowledgeable about the areas she serves. What stood out to us the most was that Clare was always positive that she could find us a safe place to live, which gave us comfort at a very difficult time. Our story happened like many of us who felt the effects of the pandemic. Home prices and rents skyrocketed dramatically increasing the demand and affordability for rental accommodations. Our family were given notice to leave by our landlord, who stated he was going through a separation and needed his property back. Our family was obviously devastated and immediately turned to realtors to assist us in finding a home. After multiple LTB Hearings, agents and failed attempts of finding a home we were referred to Clare. She sent us properties in the areas where we were interested in and took us to see multiple places. We worked along side her doing what was necessary on our end to assist her to do her job, and our partnership worked. Clare was able to house our entire family (2 adults and 4 children) in a safe neighborhood that met all of our immediate needs. Clare is a patient and pleasant person who communicates very well with her clients. Thanks again, Clare!

Clare was a pleasure to work with. Clare worked very diligently to find our client the home she wanted. Clare even went to the extent of going to view properties alone while our client was out of town and doing video-calls with the client. A real estate agent like Clare is hard to find.Clare went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend her.
