The food at Local Heroes was well priced and delicious for what we paid, but the service was lackluster. We entered the facility and were told we could sit wherever we wanted. We chose a booth away from the crowd and waited for about 15 minutes before someone came and asked us if we would like to start with a drink. The drinks were delivered quickly and we took that opportunity to order our food as well. I had to get up and ask for a bill. The machine was brought and our server left again. We paid and it was approved, but we sat there again for a bit before deciding to leave. On the way out we saw our server behind the bar and as we left she went to our table. We felt like an afterthought.

Very good value was surprised what it cost us to eat there. The service was fantastic. This is a popular eatery amongst the sports fans and I really can see why after our dinner. I only give it a three for atmospheric cuz it's kind of dingy and worn down but maybe that adds to the appeal of it.

Get something new every time we go! Was a place my dad brought me growing up and now it’s a place I bring my partner! Staff is always great to and it’s fun to watch a game or just go to eat!

The ribs here are probably the best I've had in town. The chicken wings are great and the prices are fair. The atmosphere is good too and the service!

Quick, clean, nice servers who refill your drinks and will chat a bit. Food is always good, not fancy but very tasty. Good quality for the price. Lots of daily deals, ask your server for them.

My partner and I have been at every trendy place in the city. Want fast Service? Want to actually be served ?Sit at the bar at classic local heros and experience, experience. Jaya was our tender and drinks were neverempty.

This place has the perfect Sports Bar vibe; lots of TV's, a great selection of beer and drinks, great wings and great food. The two waitresses that I've come to know, Jay and Jayme are very good! I'm not sure how this place competes with the franchise bars but it's doing a good job of it!

Unfortunately we were in a big rush, so we only had time to grab coffee. It was very good. I have eaten there a few times over the years, and was never disappointed. Great wings!

All electricity was out and this was one of the few places opened for breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised by the food and the welcoming atmosphere. There were only 2 servers, but were more than efficient. I loved how all the staff chipped in to make this a happy situation. Enjoyed the food. Will go back for evening sports views as well. Thank u all for the great experience during the horrible time of no electricity.

This restaurant is pretty good. The service is usually excellent and the atmosphere is not pretentious as you get a nice hole in the wall pub feel. The food is pretty standard but the prices are worth it. I tried the wings once but they were overly done. Nevertheless, they have daily deals which is also perfect! I’d highly recommend.
