New owners are two very nice people,Steve is as smart as a whip good mechanic and does good work quickly ,always goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and explain everything to you. His wife greets you with a great smile and chat .Recommended highly.

I can not say enough good things about Steve and his business. He is very caring, understanding and a great professional. My family and I were driving from Thunder Bay to Kenora when my truck's CV axle broke and left us in a pretty bad spot. Steve took the time late in the day to fix our issue and made sure we had a safe vehicle to travel in for the duration of our trip. Absolute great person and business, Turpin's Service and Storage is the place to go when you're vehicle is in need of fixing!

Best experience I've ever had with a garage! Showed me exactly what was wrong with my car, and even brought the broken parts out after and explained what happened. Very reasonable price and fantastic customer service!! Definitely gained a customer!!!

This review is long overdue…Highly recommend this business! Tennille accommodates as best she can with appointments, is very understanding, and gets back to me quickly. I feel Steve is very fair with pricing, and has gone over and above more than once. He’s also been very understanding when I’ve been in a panic before travelling out of town.

Great service, reasonable prices!This was my first time here, I now to the area. It's hard to make sure you have a good mechanic who isn't taking advantage of you, and this place is great. The owner did an amazing job fixing my issues and he did it for a reasonable price.I highly recommend this mechanic and I will definitely go here again!

Honestly the best place I have ever dealt with. Goes over and above to help. I had to put camper brackets on my truck. Not only did he go to the old truck to take the brackets off for me. He painted them and installed them at a very fair price. Will always go here first.
