Whites rentall is my go to for fixing all my gear. they no wats up and how to get u fixed up real fast so u can still work and make money. sometimes they can get u back up the same day. always will be my go to guys never jerked me about nothing.

I had been there before to rent some equipment and the gentleman (middle aged guy) was helpful and the equipment worked as expected. When I was there I noticed that they repair small engines and equipment. This time I came to this store to have a $500 power washer repaired.I explained that I had no pressure from my power washer. The young guy told me that the pump was no longer working and it wasn't fixable as the pump cost more than the machine. I mentioned that I saw the pump online and it was around $100. He replied with oh so your a consultant now".I showed him a part on the pump that I had broken off and I was able to reinstall and asked him if that could have anything to do with the pump not working. He said it was an oil refill. Whent I was repairing this I looked it up and it was not an oil refill it was a pressure relief valve. I couldn't remember at the time so I didn't say anything. He also said that if I ran it with no oil in it that it would fry the pump. Further research

I brought in a chainsaw for repairs and they said it was going to be 160$ minimum and maybe couldn't be fixed I brought it to some one else they fixed it for 40 bucks maybe they at least should have taken a look at it before they quoted me never again

Needed a post hole auger and White's was able to provide. The big box depots couldn't and apparently could care less. Will be going to White's the next time I need to rent equipment.

I rented a chainsaw to cut the stump. I picked the tool around their closing hour. When I started using it, the chain was found to be blunt. It could not even make a staight cut. On the second stroke, the string to start the chainsaw broke. I specifically told what i need the tool for, and when i came back to return it, i was told that it can't be used for that. Very disappointed as I'm still charged for the rental even when it was broken and of no use.
