Great experience looking for my daughters prom dress. Very welcoming and a great selection of dresses!

Despite the pandemic, they made my wedding dress shopping such a comfortable and happy experience. Everyone working were extremely friendly, and they would all constantly check up on me and my party to see if we needed anything to drink, or needed anything else to make our appointment more comfortable. They were all patient, and let me try as many dresses as I wanted to try until I found THE dress. I couldnt have imagined a better experience picking out my wedding dress. I am extremely happy and will recommend this place to my friends and family. Thank you again!

I had a fantastic experience at primrose lane in Dieppe choosing my prom dress, and Maya made my experience welcoming and special. I had no idea what style, colour, or brand of dress I was looking for, but Maya helped me choose so many dresses, and she let me try on as many as I wanted, and as many times as I needed to narrow it down to my favourite ones. She was so patient and kind, and helped me choose the perfect dress. The overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming, they had huge mirrors with great lights and extra seating in the rooms, to really show off the beauty of all dresses as well as they had so many styles, colours and sizes. I would 100% recommend for prom, wedding, bridesmaids, and mother of bride dresses and any accessories needed. A big thank you to Maya for helping me, I absolutely love my dress!

Very disappointing. Knowing I had a limited budget, I called in advanced and spoke to an employee on the phone to ask if there would be options in my price range and if it was possible to come have a peak at such options prior to booking an appointment. I was told to come in and we could further discuss. I went to Primrose Lane within the following 2 weeks, once I arrived I explained my situation and the phone call I previously had with them. The associate simply told me that there would be lots of options for me but refused to discuss said options and would not show me any models (I asked for models in a catalogue or website that would be in price range). I explained there were dress models that I was interested in from the website but advised they had no prices listed, as such I was looking for clarification. The employee had no interest in serving me, I even asked if she was willing to have any conversation with me or if I had to pay $50 and book an appointment before even finding out if they could serve me, she told me to book. Needless to say, I left feeling completely ridiculed, even though I went through the process of calling them in advance and them telling me to come in store. I will not be returning.

Let me tell you about the amazing experience I had at Primrose Lane Moncton. I went in extremely open minded about choosing my wedding dress. Walking in I instantly felt the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The knowledgeable staff showed me different dress styles and helped me paint a picture of what I could have. We were able to analyze the dresses in a private comfortable room and were even able to pair the dress up with accessories. Overall this was one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had and helped create memories I will cherish for the rest of my life. Thank you so much.

We just had the most wonderful service from Patricia. I was in need of a mother of the groom dress and really had no idea what to try. She spent time and care picking out styles and I was able to find the perfect dress. Thank you so much!

First time shopping for a prom dress, and my experience was wonderful! Maya was the biggest sweetheart, she helped me find multiple dresses to try on and helped me make my final decision so much easier! I couldn't have asked for a better associate being so patient and kind with us ! The decor is amazing and very comfy, there are mirrors surrounding you to see all the angles of your dress and lots of comfy seating for guests. Thank you so much for the amazing experience!

We visited this store yesterday. We were just blown away by the choice of dresses. There is a choice for every taste, I have not seen such a choice even in Europe. The owner is very attentive, very friendly. I am sure that you will not find a better choice in our province. I highly recommend to everyone!

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Associate was very condescending. We walked into the store and she told us we’d have to take our shoes off. We were in the process of doing so when she said “you actually need an appointment” and we can’t look around because it’s an “expensive” store. Moral of the story , would not recommend. To be clear, I’m not offended by the request to take my shoes off nor by the fact that appointments are required. I’m offended by the way the associate spoke to me and insinuated that the store was expensive (as if I can’t afford to buy a dress there).
