Kinderville has very friendly staff. The director of the centre is quite creative and flexible in her ways while being strong and assertive. My son feels quite loved there and I feel quite confident he is well taken care of during the day.

Our son has a fantastic time at Kinderville each day, he’s always excited to get to daycare! The staff regularly put on activities that keep the kids entertained and educated. The staff are incredibly friendly, compassionate and genuinely care about the kid’s wellbeing. We’d highly recommend Kinderville.

Our 3 year old daughter loves it at Kinderville, and we are very happy with all the team. Drop off and pick up are very smooth thanks to the huge parking lot. The outside playing area is great. The educators have helped our daughter in many circumstances and are part of the team.

We are fortunate to have both our kids attend Kinderville. They are an exceptional daycare filled with loving and companionate staff. They went above and beyond when our son was diagnosed with Autism. They accepted him fully, took the time to understand his challenges and made every effort to accommodate his needs. They truly made it possible for us to be working parents. We are so grateful our kids had such a wonderful daycare experience at Kinderville.

I highly recommend Kinderville Daycare. The Staff are absolutely amazing and they welcome children each day with open arms. You can tell by the way that the Staff interact with the children that they enjoy what they do! The classrooms are clean and the Centre is very well organized. The outside playground is well maintained and has lots of different toys for the children to choose from. The daily snacks and lunches offer a great variety of healthy foods.

Kinderville feels like a home away form home for my child. Before coming to the center, my son was attending a home daycare and I had concerns if he would receive the same type of nurturing that he was use to. I can testify the teachers have a caring mindset and the Director and Assistant Director works with the parents to resolve any concerns and create an inclusive environment. The staff really make an effort to engage the kids and create a fun environment. As a first time parent, I am happy with our decision to come to Kinderville Ottawa.

We are about to conclude our almost 6 year relationship with Kinderville as our second child enters school this Fall. We have always had peace of mind knowing that they were in a safe environment and that they were having fun learning and playing with their friends. The Director and all the staff who have cared for our children have been professional and demonstrated that they cared for them as individuals. We will always be grateful to them for taking care of our kids and preparing them for Kindergarten. I have and will continue to recommend Kinderville!

I have nothing but great things to say about Kinderville. The staff are all amazing and caring people. Tracy, the director, is one of the kindest people I have met. We have had two kids at Kinderville and they both love going. The activities are engaging and the food is nutritious and delicious (per my children). The summer/march break camp program is also really fun for our older child.

My girl loves Kinderville. She has been there for almost 2 years (since turning one). The educators are kind, warm, and responsive and I trust that she is in good hands. We treasure our daycare and I don't know where we would be without it!! She adores her friends, her teachers, and the activities.

As parents, we were most concerned with how well our children were going to be taken care of while in care. We had been referred to Kinderville and while we were inclined to accept them, we wanted to do our due diligence. Upon meeting with Tracy and the entire team, we were convinced that the people there truly love the children and treat them as their own. Billing is fair and reasonable. After four plus years (and two children) we continue to appreciate the effort Kinderville puts into our children's development. We could not be happier with our experience and highly recommend this place.
