After coming on 3 separate occasions, our pool continued to leak an inch a day. After calling Canadian Leak Detection we understood what a thorough inspection consisted of and what we missed out on. 2 leaks in the liner and 1 pipe leak were missed by this company. If you want to be told to shut up and hung up on after wasting your water for 6 weeks filling up your pool, go with leak detectives.

Dan was absolutely amazing and assisted us with locating multiple leaks in our pool.He had to come out on multiple occasions due to a few quirks but he saw the project from start to finish in locating the leaks so we were able to fix them.It turned out the largest leak was because of a punctured ABS return line that was causing us to lose close to 2 inches of water per day while the pump was running.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!Dan came within a week of me needing help and I’m sure this is his busiest time of the year.Dan and the worker with him (forgot his name) were very professional yet very easy going and friendly. He explained very thing he was doing and what he found.Price was VERY reasonable for a full leak inspection.I ended up having multiple issues with my pool and was losing over an inch of water a day! Dan had to make a couple visits and I’m so appreciative that he got to the bottom of every issue!Thanks so much Dan! You saved my pool season and my water bills!Brian

Very grateful to Dan for identifying the sources of leaks in our pool. Our situation was a bit complex, as we actually had 2 places where we were losing water. Dan was able to identify both and arrange for the problems to be fixed. Very professional and responsive.

On Father's Day (2023) we noticed that our pool was losing about an 1 of water everyday. I searched for a local company and found the Leak Detectives. I filled out the online contact us page and received a response within the hour (on a Sunday). Dan and his crew came to the house within two business days and repaired 3 holes in our liner. The crew was knowledgeable and professional. We were so pleased to have the issue repaired in short order with no surprises. I would definitely recommend the Leak Detectives. Thank you Dan

I can't agree with the review of Jessica because I too had nasty leaks (one in a return line and one at the main drain) that took multiple visits from Leak Detectives to find and fix. I don't think she had enough patience for the process. They know what they are doing and they never gave up. It was in fact Leak Detectives themselves that would follow up with me after each repair, to make sure it was fixed. I felt so bad that I would have to give the bad news that it was still leaking. I thought for sure someone was going to tell me it's New Pool time". It never happened and it's fixed and I couldn't be happier thanks Dan/Bill =)"

Dan was quick to come to our aid. We were losing water from our above ground pool very quickly. Every other day we were topping up the pool. Dan quickly found the leaks and showed us where they were He found a total of three leaks that we could not see until he pointed them out. He fixed them up and we are set.
