Had an amazing time at Babies R Us in Barrie! Arden did the cutest craft with my little girl and she loved meeting Jeffrey the giraffe. All the staff were so nice and extremely helpful!

I received a baby shower gift, unfortunately I could not fit it in my luggage to travel back home so it tried to exchange it for another smaller gift or a gift card. The gift was new with tags and the lady told me they do carry that item there but without a receipt they wouldn’t do anything for me. I didn’t purchase the item so I do not have a receipt, it’s not my fault I wasn’t given a gift receipt. She didn’t even scan the item or anything just that she knew they sold the item but wouldn’t do anything for me. Terrible customer service, I will not be purchasing any future baby items needed or gifts for other people.

As compared to size of the store they have little less options for the clothing, decent variety for strollers and good variety for toys

Have always had great experiences at this store. Specifically, Fazeela has helped me out on almost every visit, promptly asking if I could use help finding anything as soon as she greets me. My trips are much more pleasant and efficient thanks to her help!

Shopped here last week while we were in town. Hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had while baby shopping since becoming pregnant. Yvonne was incredibly helpful, helping us add to our registry, answer stroller and car seat questions and even bringing up things to look for we would've never thought of. We were in the store for an hour and a half and that girl was kept busy with customers but stayed professional and super friendly. As a previous retail manager, I can say Yvonne is a serious asset to your location and amazing at what she does.

Great, new store that has everything you need for the baby in your life. Sales staff are friendly and knowledgeable. If you're having a baby shower this is a great place to have your baby registry at. It can be a bit pricey, but you need to watch out for their weekly flyer and when they have their Babypalooza event.
