I went to West End exchange to sell some of my old comic books and dealt with a person named Craig. He kind of looked like a scary biker dude but turns out that he was a really nice guy and very knowledgeable. He knew what he was talking about and gave me a great price for my comics. He also answered all my questions about gold jewelry. Craig was courteous knowledgeable and concise. I would totally go back to this pawn shop.

Keegan was easy to work with! Professional and friendly. Even provided me a 2x4 stud battery and SDS bit to test my m18 hammer drill with. For a pawn shop there is a good variety of products here and you can tell they pick and choose vigorously the quality of items. Would definitely do business again here!
