Apex Medical Clinic

Front desk staff have been consistently and incredibly rude to us, especially when we called, and seemed to have no patience, care, or accountability when there was an issue that proved to be the fault of the office miscommunicating with the blood clinic. There is no follow-through with patients. Do not waste your time with this sub-par medical care.

I want to rate this clinic as low as i can, very very poor service. They do not care about their patients at all. I hate Canada health system as well. I am suffering from bad back pain and cannot even go to washroom, cannot stand and in this situation i cannot even go in emergency due to wait time. These stupid family doctors and their clinics do not pay attention or listen to u, ultrasound, MRi is out of reach due to incredible amount of wait period. Canada health system suckkkkksss. My doctor gave me some pain killers and those pain killers not helping but the worst part is now to talk to my doctor or to meet her i need to wait for 20-30 days. No matter if I die of pain

I wish I could give them zero stars. Their services are below zero actually. They give appointment time and we still have to wait for more than an hour. If someone try to visit the clinic walk-in.. they say you should call us first. If next time we call them before visiting the clinic - they gave us a time you can visit between -so and so- time period and the doc is not taking patients after that time". But when we reach there we have to wait beyond the limit of given time and most of the time

Had an appointment for 3pm, I understand clinic gets busy and there are people before me, but to see people walk in without an appointment asking to be helped and get in before me is not acceptable or professional. After waiting over an hour I asked how long till I am seen, unfortunately I was told it would still be another 25-30 minutes, at this point there were only 3 other patients in the waiting area, 2 of whom arrived after I did. I had to attend to a family matter and could not wait any longer and had to cancel. I probably won't ever go back to this clinic, as they don't understand the meaning of the word appointment.

I will give them 0 stars.We had an appointment with our new born was not even a week old and still we had to wait over 1 hour to see our family doctor. This is after we booked an appointment 5 days in advance. People were coughing, sneezing around our child. We didn’t felt safe.Poor management and handling. Staff Double booked appointments.We Will be changing our family doctor, thanks for the experience Apex medical clinic

Worse experience. The staff is worse. Reception girl should first learn sense to behave nicely with patients.

Wow… I call with a hope that they will see my husband who has been sick for 3 weeks. We have tried our family doctor, we have been emergency but nothing has helped so far. I called to see if they will see him but the receptionist was so rude and unprofessional. No explanation whatsoever ever but she tries to be sarcastic and tells me “if it’s an emergency we have hospitals”You work in a medical clinic, Learn to show some respect and empathy towards patients

I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. This is the closest to our house and I reluctantly go each time. I amNever greeted with a friendly face. More of an annoyance to them….that’s how it seems anyways.Today…May 2023, they refused to see my daughter with out proof of a Covid rapid test. Her throat is swollen and white marbling throughout. She clearly has a throat infection and they refused service! Mind blowing.

I used to come to this clinic when first opened. Service & care was good. Dr. Anand was attentive to the care provided. Now it is overbooked & doctor rushed to get next client in. Poor care and long wait time even if you have an appointment.
