Super happy with the service. I drove from Ottawa to pick up a new e-bike (none to be found locally - thanks, COVID), and Jeremy did a great job working with me on the phone to make sure the fit was right when I got there. He showed me how to operate the controls and the battery charger, and I was on my way. My wife is thrilled with it - thanks, Jeremy!

Charged me 150 to just adjust and put new chain,,,had it for 3 weeks,,,so I had to spend more money on bus transport, when I got it back the speeds weren't well adjusted. Went back the next day , the guy gave me attitude for calling them out on their poor work...
