Great service, just they are stingy on cream cheese. I've ordered there over ten times in Hope's they'd get it right the next but they never do. I ask for a bagel with cream cheese and they give you next to nothing.

It's a Tim Hortons. The food wasn't bad, same as all the others. But the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Ordered and paid for my order! They then informed me they don’t have chicken made, I agreed to wait. After waiting 15 mins they informed me they don’t have all the ingredients to make my bowl so they’ve just made a random wrap but charged me for the bowl! I left frustrated and without my proper order nor my money back as they didn’t offer a refund. Very disappointed with Tim Hortons!!

Waited 10 minutes for our order. Grilled cheese, the cheese was not even melted. The craveable biscuit was cold. Potato wedges that we had asked to come with the chipotle dipping sauce….:they forgot to put the chipotle sauce in our bag. Poor poor service on March 20th 2022.

the day staff are the most ignorant workers i’ve ever met. i highly recommend driving the extra 10 minutes to morrisburg.

Staff are all very young and not focused on serving in store very well. Other than being quite slow..all is good. Perhaps in time it will improve considering this is a new store.
