Hands down the best place to take your bike in Regina, SK. Had 3 bikes needing work which I originally brought to another bike shop originally. They charged me a fortune and when I got home I realized the problems weren't even fixed. I decided to take it to Darryl and he fixed all 3 bikes within the hour (even the so called unrepairable" one). Amazing service

This spring I bought a good quality bike second hand. After a few months of riding, my back tire popped so I brought it to Kaz Bike Lab for service. I should have brought my bike here when I first bought it because the difference between the bike I have now and the one I bought is night and day. Not only did Kaz fix my tire, he cleaned it to perfection, checked everything over, and even re-taped the awful tape job I did on my bike handles so it looks even better than before. (Truly went over and above any expectations.) I had no idea how badly my bike needed a tune up until Kaz got his hands on it — is he a magician?? Maybe!But not only that — while I was there picking up my bike, he was talking with a couple customers who just dropped off their bike as they’re riding cross-country and needed an urgent repair. Kaz assured them he’d fix it, but he also gave them some food and water. I’m mentioning this because it demonstrates the kind of human Kaz is — generous, thoughtful, and empathetic. I will never go to another bike shop again.
