It says online that this location closes at 9. I arrived here at 8:20 and the sign said it closes at 8. If your hours have changed then surely you should update that online? Clearly the management here is great.

I don’t know why there’s negative reviews on this page, I’ve literally tried every Starbucks in Barrie and this one (Mapleview west) is by far the best one in this city. The staff here are superior in their customer service. Literally the kindest, polite, caring hearted baristas I’ve ever met. A big shout out to the managers who run the store for putting together an amazing team.

This is my go-to coffee shop before work. Staff is always friendly and quick. I have been going regularly for about a year and haven't had a serious mix-up yet. It's about all you can ask for!

Omg trying the different coffees are an amazing experience. I found my new fave which is the skinny latte. Myself and 2 coworkers go once or twice a month and the girls who work there are amazing. (Mapleview location)

this is one of the quieter Starbucks locations in Barrie. I use it as a spot to study after school, and it always provides great drinks and food as well as friendly service every day of the week. this location is a place that I will continue to go to for a great coffee and a better place to sit down and relax and get some work done

Another Starbucks in Barrie....really??Nice newer location that is surprisingly spacious with lots of seating, great place to have a quick business meeting, interview or just have a relaxing lunch.Staff was friendly, talkative and well versed on their selection of drinks.The wife is a die hard fan of London Fogs and has one every time we hit up a Starbucks.

Daniel’s kindness stood out to me in our interaction yesterday as he made and gave me my drink. His genuine kindness just shone through and I really appreciated that. It made the enjoyment of my drink just that much better!

This place has made me a Starbucks regular. My favourite place to do some work with a good drink. The staff here are a highlight - they remember my name and favourite drink. The setup of this location is nice as well, with the front and back of the building separated to reduce noise and allow a variety of seating locations.
