Terrific vacuum repair facility. Very professional, friendly and sold me just what i needed. My central vac power head failed and they fixed it quickly. When this vac wears out i will be replacing it with a new one from their store. Fun, high quality wooded hand crafted products as well.

My vacuum was plugged & Jeremiah came to fix the problem yesterday. He is a lovely young lad determined to fix the issue & did just that. He only charged me for the call & not the time he spent sorting it out. I will use him again if need be. Thx Jeremiah!

We brought our vacuum in to have the plug replaced. We had tried to DIY and it didn't last long so I decided to let the professionals do it. I was initially perturbed as it was promised mid week and when I called they said they were still waiting for the part to come in. They did call me a couple of days later and when I picked it up, they charged me half of what they originally quoted. The job was done perfectly and I wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future.

I needed a repair of a 30 year old Beam vacuum hose and not sure if I needed to buy a new one. I walked in and the gentleman who served me said this is an easy fix". He promptly fixed the hose in about 5 minutes and said the magic words

I purchased the house brand Come Clean With Us" central vacuum unit. The unit performs better than expected - very quiet and powerful.The hose I purchased ended up getting a small tear in it...I was able to return the damaged hose and was given a brand new replacement hose

Don provided great advice in the store and his son Jeramiah did the installation of the central vac system at our house. The installation was perfect. Very professional job. He took his time to make sure everything was done just right. I would highly recommend Oakville Vacuum.
