Had a great experience getting my bike tuned up, only took a little over an hour and he discounted me on the labour since it took less time than he was expecting. Highly recommend.

It was a really nice experience. Booked an appointment online, got directions and appointment confirmation through email. It's easy enough to find the place and he's a friendly guy. Prices are nice as well, what you'd expect for a good repair. Got my derailleur replaced. I don't plan on using another shop for bike service unless I move pretty far away.

Excellent work, and quick. I have a long wheel base recumbent, which a lot of shops won't work on, but he has previous experience with them and did a great job on the tune up. I'm happy to have found such a great shop.

Highly recommended! Took our two bikes in for much-needed tuneups after far too long and Doug clearly explained the options (needed a new chain and cassette) before going ahead with the work. Prompt service, very fair prices and the bike rides like new again. Thanks!

My spouse and I took our bikes to Doug for a tune up. He did them both right away and for an excellent price. He was honest about what they might need in the future and super helpful. Highly recommend!

I took my bike to Doug as he came highly recommended and I hadn't had a full bike servicing since I bought my bike in 2020.I cannot recommend Doug enough. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to service my bike. He also installed my new power meter, bottom bracket and cranks. Bottom line do yourself a favour, take your bike to Doug for all of your service needs.
