This place is amazing, it needs to be your 1st and only place to buy a car. We are from Saskatchewan, our son lives/works here while his girl friend attends the university. Their truck blew up so to speak, a new vehicle was needed NOW so they could continue to get to and from work everyday. We came up the next day, hoping we could help them find something over the course weekend. They had called around to a few places inquiring about financing and different options, being as they had never financed anything before. (they are still waiting for return calls, from those dealerships). House of Cars was the only one who said come on in we will get you looked after... and they did just that.We looked at a few vehicles, took the one they decided on for a test drive and they loved it. Within an hr, they were the proud owners of a new vehicle. Melissa, explained everything about the financing, how it affects their credit score, how to improve their credit, how it builds their credit for the future etc. They got them an interest rate they could live with, monthly payments that worked with their budget, and she explained absolutely everything about it to them. She was fantastic.This place truly needs to be your 1st and only stop for a vehicles.Well done House of Cars, you guys are the best. You made their first time buying a vehicle a great experience. Edit: ofcourse, you can call me. But doesn't seems anything helpful. We all know what happened. There's not much to do here.I was invited to sell my car by Liam to this branch. He offered me a quote and said I just need an inspection because I live in Calgary. He suggested a branch near me. I asked him if he could call and let them know the details but he said it's okay, I can just mention his name and branch. I went for the inspection. They said the car is good, quoted a price a little lower than Liam and shook hands. We fixed for today to hand over the vehicle. Today, they had a change of heart. They want another inspection because Oops they didn't do it that day apparently. When I mentioned this to Liam, he also washed his hands and said he's new. Such a horrible experience. No value for their own words, people's time and money either.

Just got out new SUV last week and Ryan T went above and beyond to get us the vehicle we needed and wanted with better options and pricing than we expected.In the matter of 1 visit and afternoon, he had us approved, helped us choose a perfect SUV and drove to Calgary the next day to pick it up and bring it home to us!Ryan made our buying experience perfect, quick and easy.

House Of Cars Lethbridge was easy to deal with, My Sales Rep Melissa Wakefield was absolutely AMAZING !!!! She was very understanding of my situation and went above and beyond multiple times throughout the whole process with a few major hurdles in the way, completely in different provinces 6hrs apart. She would just laugh and have a solution for me in no time. Im 100% sure Melissa was more happy to get me into my very first Vehicle than I was getting my first vehicle, unsure how she pulled it off but she managed to find me the exact car in the color i wantedin no time flat. Nothing but great things to say about the staff at House of Cars Lethbridge. They were all very friendly and got me into a new vehicle within a couple of hours after making my decision. Huge shout out to Franz for helping me out along the way! He was always available and quick to respond if I had any questions. Wasn’t too pushy and made sure I was happy along the way. Great work!

We went in to look for a specific small SUV. We had Rob Roy help us look and track down the car of choice. Rob was very informative about the car and financing. He went out of his way to help and he was very courteous, friendly and approachable. He called us a week after purchase to see how we were doing with the car. If we ever need another car we will go back and ask for Rob Roy.

Rob Roy is a genuine dude. I had no idea where my credit was at, he was able to advise me on how to build it back up (it wasn’t terrible) and also have me walk out with a car that I love. 100% recommend this company. Great experience!
