Bath Fitter
The customer service from their office is very good. Their one and only installer in town is slow and sloppy. For what is supposed to be a 1 day install, expect it to take more like 3 days. Trying to get them back to do any warranty work is a pain. You have to keep an eye on their in town installer and contact their head office directly for any issues. As the in town installer will go out of their way to avoid extra work.
