If you can wield a paint brush, you are artistic enough to come away with a piece of memorable ceramic art. Wide selection of pieces, paints, brushes, etc. all included in the one price per piece. The owner is a wonderfully pleasant person as is everyone else there to help you. It may take you hours to complete your project, or a number of days to complete it, no rush either way. Usually doesn't take much more than 8 - 10 days to get your finished glazed piece. Many years ago, my daughters and I went for a special get-together which has since continued, and now the grandkids come too. *Drop-ins welcome. *They also do Birthday Parties!

I had a fantastic evening at Glazed Expressions’ pumpkin clay workshop! I have been enjoying Glazed Expressions for pottery painting for years but this was my first clay workshop. I would consider myself a crafty lady but, I have to admit, that I had no prior experience with clay and was a bit nervous going into the class. Ron’s easygoing teaching style and quick wit had the class laughing and at ease and we were pinching out our first pinch pot after only 15 minutes of instruction. Ron and his support staff took great care to ensure everyone understood the techniques and was progressing through the steps – no one was left behind. Covid safety mandates were in effect but that didn’t hamper the creativity and enjoyment of the class. This workshop would be a great party or team event – it was one of the best experiences I have had in the last few months.

Our family has enjoyed time at Glazed Expressions many times and I am always amazed at the finished products. Ron and the staff are very helpful, the atmosphere is fun and the variety of crafts and activities is fantastic. Our son has made Christmas gifts in summer camp and birthday gifts over the years that people really appreciate. Great place!

I've attended a couple of workshops here and have brought my family for a fun way to be creative together. There's just something special about this place that makes you feel calm, content, welcome and safe. Could it be Ron? He's definitely the comic relief that's for sure but whatever (or whomever) it is, this is a place to spend some time for yourself, your friends and family or to host parties. Great place! I have been going to Glazed Expressions for YEARS now. I use to walk over to their old location after school with friends and we would just spend hours there painting. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is very inspiring. I do appreciate the critiquing as well as I want my projects to come out perfect and the best they can be. I am still using my flower pot and wine jug from years ago. Recently I have painted a mug to add to my collection. The finished pieces really do last! Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful, helpful staff make this a fun experience for adults and kids! You can paint your own pottery or design a glass fusion piece. Glass Fusing possibilities seemed endless from jewelry to napkin holders. Truly a fun day out! Love it when what you make is useful and beautiful.

I had such a great time with friends as we all sat around tables while Ron taught us how to paint our cups (in an absolutely hilarious and fun way). The atmosphere, the people and the activities are all amazing. I’m 31 and can’t paint so I created a “I love mom” mug, mom loved it!! Highly recommended for cute dates, parties and if you’re looking to create something memorable!

Good hours, as organized as an art studio can be, owner Ron is great with kids and very patient, volunteers are wonderful as well. Great selection of figurines, plates, cups, etc. Supplies are wonderful too. Shop is a little small on a busy day and could use more staff to help first comers. Kids love it and the workshops for adults are great too! All in all, a great experience and will definitely return to make another!

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, and i remember always having the best memories! It’s great and lots of fun for all ages! It’s my favourite place and so close to home!
