I've been in a handful of times and I am never greeted despite the entire staff standing at the cash right by the entrance. When I walk around the store, there's no staff to help in any of the departments. All the staff is standing and talking about their weekends and their days and such, right at the cash, ignoring all the customers coming in and going out. I managed to spend a good 20 minutes in the store without ever hearing anything from a single employee. Ridiculous customer service. I left without buying anything as there wasn't anyone to answer any questions.

Nice to see a Canadian retailer with slightly more niche products.However, the inflated pricing compared to competitors (even other small businesses) is a disappointment.

It’s heaven for interior designers and people who love and appreciate home design. They have variety of quality products for almost every room in your house.Their prices might seem high for most yet I always recommend looking around you never know what surprise you might find.I recently bought my vacuum here and the staff was very nice and supportive.

The “customer care team” was not helpful in any means. I received my order far too late and thus no longer needed it and opted to return the product. Not only was the process confusing and misleading, but when i attempted to ship the item back I was told it would cost nearly $30 for a $50 order. Not worth it at all. Also, the product was not accurately described on the website, which made my decision to return quite simple. After describing these problems to the support team, I received little to no help and quite rude responses from numerous individuals. These individuals simply stated it wasn’t their fault and I would have no choice but to pay the $30 shipping. Extremely disappointed by the service I received as well as the product itself. Would not recommend supporting this company to anyone, especially if you’re shopping online and the nearest location is hours away (in-store returns are free, so I imagine it would be a much more convenient and easier process compared to returning by mail).
