It is was a first time working experience with this company. Their response was fast and after normal working hours which is convenience to me. My drain problem was solve within 30 min. I would recommend this company.

I called and they came quick. I asked the operator for an idea of how much it would cost. They told me they could not give me one over the phone. Decided to take my chances. Did not call anyone else. They came and told me a snake would fix my problem. Less then 20 minutes and paid over $200. If I had an idea of how much they charged I would have called around. But since the plumber was already at my house and I urgently needed the problem fixed I decided to pay the premium. The only advice I would give is call around first so you have an idea of what is a fair price. But it was fast and reliable service.

Called for a burst pipe late into the night, person on the phone took my basic information, and then asked me how I heard about them. Yes. That’s right. I called about a plumbing emergency and they wanted to know how their ads are doing... lol. They could’ve just asked after the job?Unfortunately for me I was speaking to some sort of dispatch. He said he would contact a plumber and call back... well it’s been a few WEEKS now and I’ve still yet to hear from them...Turned off the water and got a real plumber the next day. Thank god though, they saved me a lot of money probably. What a hilarious company.

My basement main drain was backed up causing a minor flood (yuck!). Googled and called Drain Rescue. The lady on the phone was courteous and efficient. Dispatched a technician within a 2-hour time slot I desired. Technician was very professional and fixed the immediate problem at a reasonable rate. Suggested a much more expensive but thorough procedure to prevent future clog-up. No high sale pressure though, just explained benefits of procedure and let me decide on my own time. Appreciate that. Thanks.

This company has sent a person to fix my clogged drain. He put his camera first and then snake and after 1 hour try he said issue can not be fixed and he marked a place on my driveway and suggested through his written report that we should excavate that place for the cost of $2500.So I said I will get back to you by tomorrow.I called another company and they came over and fixed my issue they showed me with their camera that nothing is wrong in that place that they wanted to dig and charge me $2500.One of the worst experience that I ever had with a contractor.

Was absolutely blown away but the customer service provided by Juan. We had a very minor problem and he came out for a free assessment. We only had an odor coming out of a main clean out which was missing some bolts. I'm sure he could have swung me into paying for the bolts, or a new plug, and his labor, but instead he gave me honest and truthful advice on how it could be fixed. His professionalism and attention to detail was great, and went out of his way to ensure i was educated on our problem. Will definitely call drain rescue again and ask for Juan if we ever run into any other serious issues.

Second time using Drain Rescue and again outstanding service! Replaced a toilet and shower faucet. Work was done quickly and the area was cleaned. Took the time to review the operation of the faucet. Little thing, but gives you an idea of the attention to detail.
