Called around everywhere couldn't get an appointment. Active green and Ross got me in right away and even did a free inspection. Refused to take money. Polite and professional service! Would recommend to everyone!

My front right tire kept losing air, I didn't see any puncture so took it in for a repair. I waited a week before providing this review. The tire diagnosis and repair were good, needed a replacement valve (with TPM). The tire is holding perfectly. Active Green and Ross are a solid company, they do quality work and their pricing is reasonable. I can recommend them based on my experience.

I've been going here for many years. New management (last few years) is amazing. They have fair prices, fix my issues and now with my new car I take it is for the oil changes and warranty items to be serviced. Recently, my new car had an issue and they looked at it quickly and told me to go to dealship as it's under warranty. I left the car in the parking lot, called truck and they we nice enough to give the truck driver my key and send it on its way. thank you to Brad and Sohel for your help with this issue. Definitely Recommended.

The service was great, fast & staff were all very professional, polite & friendly, no hidden fees, definitely will go back there for car maintenance to keep my vehicle (2011 Hyundai Elantra) in good shape & so far they fixed my AC, did oil changed, changed rims & tires. everything is great & feel comfortable driving when I know my car is in great shapes. Definitely will recommend to friends and Family. Thanks very much everyone!(Bernie)

I've only gone twice now so far, and only for minor maintenance so that's all I can attest to. However; their oil changes were fast, good prices, and friendly. If you're looking for your monthly maintenance, I recommend!

I made an appointment for a diagnostic on a clunking. When I arrived they treated me like family. They took the time to tweak a few small things to make sure my vehicle was safe for the road and made the appropriate suggestions on how to fix my vehicle. I highly recommend Oshawa and Whitby locations.

Had an oil change done on 03/23/2023. Service was excellent. Their front desk person (BRAD) was very polite and helpful. He even retrieved and stored my travel mug I left behind until I could get back and get it. So many thanks.This is the second oil service I have had there and am so far very pleased with the service received. Price was good too.
