Good staff lots of savings but a word of caution, ask lots of questions when buying computers, they are referbs, and some have operating systems, like windows 10 s.Which can be problematic. Otherwise great place to shop.

We bought the wring TV mount came back an hour later got new one, no problem with the exchange, great store

Factory Direct is great if you aren't looking to spend too much money & don't mind buying Refurbished items. I have to admit that on more than one occasion I have bought something and had to take it back and exchange it. The bigger issue is their staffing. Only the manager has keys to the stockroom where they keep laptops etc. & sometimes you have to wait forever to get any help. That's really annoying. They don't trust their own staff and it causes huge problems where you end up standing there with whoever is on electronics, waiting for a manager who has keys. It's really annoying. So, pack your patience if you do go. It's good to call ahead and get it put aside for you, if you know what you want.

They are a great company.. I've had nothing but awesome service .Even if most has been online shopping with pick up and delivery but most of all the customer service..fast and politeand very helpful.

Great staff, helped us pick out a mini fridge! As well gave a hand loading it into our vehicle! Great service!

All kinds of things in one store, I can easily spend an hour browsing around for everything from electronics to appliances to housewares. Great prices and a sale flyer sometimes entice me to buy something, even if I don't really need it, but hey, that's why I come here. Right?

I used to like looking around in this location, but recently staffing has gotten worse. So slow, telling customers about products they don't know anything about. Item I was looking at had 0 charge to it. Was told to go shop and come back in an hour if I wanted the item.

Excellent Service provided by the Staff members; they all are courteous, polite, friendly, thorough professional and very helpful. Their 10 days Product Exchange policy and 30 day warranty on wide range of products is very good.Good job guys, Kudos! Keep up the good work.
