Recently just leased my first ever brand new RVR from this dealership and everything went so smoothly. Coming from someone who’s pretty young, dealing with Brad was amazing as he helped me through everything I needed. Very friendly and great service. The car is perfect and came super clean + he showed me all the features in the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great good deal on a car. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The reviews are accurate this is the best dealership I've ever used. Looking for a PHEV I knew I was in for pain. KW KIA said 2 year wait plus $1000 deposit Alpine Hyundai said 3 years and $500. Mitsubishi was months, we actually lucked out with a canceled order in our preferred colour and trim. Our wait was 34 days. No pressure sales, no shady add-ons. In this current market I hope people remember the dealerships that took advantage of the current situation, I surely will!

Amazing team here in KW. We have both an Outlander and Eclipse Cross and happy with both. Brad made the process simple and kept me posted about anything and everything including when the car would arrive... but it arrived earlier than expected. Can't complain there. Highly recommended for the team there, quality of service and of product.

He walked us through the trim options, discussed warranties and additional upgrades we could add to protect our new vehicle. He was professional and honest from start to finish. The transaction are super fast, from application to approval and car released. I'd like to commend and thank Britney for making it possible to released in less than 1 week. I visit the dealership Monday and I got the vehicle by Friday. Britney is so amazing! She discussed me everything that I need to know, respond on my inquiries so quick. Just picked up my new vehicle today. Brad is very nice and professional, introducing all the features of the new vehicle after the paperwork. The whole purchase is transparent and smooth. No dealer admin fee and BS fees on forced add on. No forced financing/leasing. I highly recommend KW Mitsubishi and Brad.
