We decided to getaway for the weekend and celebrate my birthday with my lady.I have been looking all around Ontario but out of hotels priced crazy we found this hotel with all amenities and more we wished for the short period of time we wanted stay (Hot tub, Pool, Sauna, Gym). From entering to the hotel to our room we only had pleasant experience. The reception from start to the beginning were extremely helpful and kind at all times. The hotel was spotless and clean apart from one tiny thing that is the controller was a mess..dirty..sticky..and gross tbh. I understand it could happen. Nothing can always be perfect. For beverages no sugar or sweetener left, still ok, not a big deal.Amenities: we went late, pool were empty but hot tub is full for hours so we didn’t get a chance to use it therefore we decided to use the sauna which was turned off before and a lady turned it on before us this it was still not even warn. Took about 30 min to feel anything, still managed make it happen. Was kind of ‘ok’ but improvements could be made. After, the swimming pool and hot tub was rammed and loud therefore we left.We have mixed feelings with the overall spa experience and we rate it 4.5 out of 10.Breakfast next we were looking forward when we were shocked the lack of selection, all literally placed on trays and found very poor and WORST breakfast we ever received. We rate accommodation overall experience 6 out of 10. Average hotel. If you’re working nearby or travelling across and need a temporary accommodation it is perfect but do not have hopes for breakfasts!Something we could highlight is the outstanding staff customer service and cleanliness.

The beds are comfy. It's nice to have your vehicle out your patio doorWish they would bring their nice breakfast back. The pool is nice. But they ran out of towels and closed early didn't matter to us but we could hear other guests complain about it.The price is definitely right tho.

Pool was nice, the change room/shower area was nasty. If you want a good experience then change and shower in your room.It looks like it used to be nice like 10 years ago, but has been neglected in many areas.

Don't be fooled. Rooms look nice online. Not so much when you get there. Ours was dirty, freezing because there was no weather stripping on the patio door. We had to crank the heat because our feet were freezing on the floor. Patio door didn't work properly. TV didn't work when we got there so maintenance had to come and fix it. When we brought everything to the managers attention, he didn't care. For the money you pay for rooms here. It's not even close to being worth it. They boast online about exceeding all their guests expectations and they are the Finest Rooms and services in Waterloo. Not even close. In November we stayed at the Quality in that was $100 a night and was cleaner then this place.

Extremely spotty internet over the entire trip (single digit Mbps). TV directly hooked to coax for cable without any HDMI cable at all for laptops/etc. If you are one the first floor you can smell the chlorine. No in unit climate control I could find. Hardly a luxury hotel.

Such a nice hidden gem in town. Has also done a lot for the community as well!Amenities are awesome, the pool is smaller but a great space and able to have lots of fun.Hottub, sauna, lounging area, shower and gym- all awesome features. The courtyard and property is pretty cool too!You can buy an amenities pass and use the gym/pool without being a guest...which for being a local is awesome! When i run out of room for guests at my house, $125/night rate+ a locals discount is always a no-brainer!It's a little dated overall, but doesn't affect the use of anything and honestly is a great ascetic overall.

Stayed here for 2 days because of major renos at home and have absolutely no regrets.Outdated but very clean. The rooms fair size, the beds come with a nice thick mattress. Staff very polite, Carol was so helpful. The pool, sauna, hot tub and Gym maintained and spotless. No better deal in town for what you get. Pet friendly which was great.

Nice older hotel. The gym was surprisingly well equipped for a hotel. The rooms on the main floor had access to an outside patio and courtyard which was very nice.

For the price of the rooms, this place is not worth it. Wasn’t provided any toilet paper in the bathroom, had to call and wait 20 minutes for it to be delivered to the room. Continental breakfast is lacking & is not the advertised buffet style. Was not too impressed with the cleanliness of the room either. Will not be returning.
