Decent price with good quality of products.

I like the products and the quality is good. I like their note books, key board, power bank, all kinds of useful and cute things. Miniso Marvel products are coming soon, can't wait!!!BTW, after they change the staff, the new staff are really nice and helpful, it is way better than 3 months ago. Will get more staff for my nephew who studies in school.

Great nd affordable Japanese staff conveniently located at a skytrain station.

The worse place ever.. Will not refund the electronic product even with a receipt and the cashier is the worse person ever.... Such a bad place and bad people..the electronic product had the wrong charger inside so they should have returned instead they humiliate the customer.

MINISO has a great improvement after a long while. I brought a clock in a cheap price last week. The sale girls were gorgeous. I will go again soon.

Had really bad experience. It is at New westminster miniso store near skytrain station. I purschased some stuff and decided to come back later for some stuff which I liked with my spouse. The girl at billing machine was really disrespectful and rude she don’t know what customer service is! I gave u business and in return you are insulting people. Never going back to this store again and never suggest anyone to go. I was paying bill. I asked the price her reply was “its already written” . I said I checked but it was not their. Then I want to pay by cash I gave her coins because the amount was small. Then she said their will be taxes as well I said yea I know therefore I already gave u $4 which is more than total. Then I generally asked are you guys hiring she was way ruder saying no. I said ok can you exchange my coins into dollar, She said we don’t have change, which is fine. But the entire conversation was so rude and insulting I felt like theif. Of course I worked as a Manager in Timhortons, currently employed at amazon corporate site in downtown as a security personal. I simply said please don’t be rude to your customers. She kept raising her voice at me in front of another customer. She said get out and don’t come to the store. This is the customer service. I felt ok this is too much this needs to be complained. I asked can you give me your managers email or store email.She said rudely I am the manager I felt more bad that this attitude is very wrong even if you are a manager. May be its my bad day I decided to go there. I said may I have your name because I want to complaint it was around 5:35 pm on Monday (17 January,2022).I stayed there to put a compaint not being sorry she tried to threaten me making a call saying there is a bad customer in the store. Wow ! then I decided i to go home and put a review about it as well as I complained to the police about the harassment. I will not recommend anyone to go there. The employee are unaware of customer service. I believe this girl needs yo be fired.

Miniso's return/exchange policy is a joke. After buying an electronic item that did not work as advertised, the store employee directed to email customer service. They deemed that because it is not defective, they cannot issue any refund. Lesson learned. The fact that I have to send an email to request for an exchange or refund is ridiculous. I can buy the same item somewhere else where I can get better customer service and buying experience. Never again.

Prices are fair here! Good sales. The service is great, the workers are super nice!! My phone died and the lady let me charge my phone there. So kind
