We had Steve come to our place today to dismantle and remove our hot tub. Not only did he send a text that he was en route which was great, he arrived on time with a smile on his face! Fantastic customer service, quick with the job and great clean up, it was as if we never had a hot tub there to begin with! We will be coming back to this company for other services in the future. Highly recommend them!!!

I was moving from one studio apartment to another.... I've had many movers in my lifetime and these were the best by far..... they took such care with my furniture, they were thoughtful and kind, went above and beyond, exceeded my expectations! From discovering fantastic website, to email contact, setting cost and date, very prompt efficient service the whole experience was GREAT! Had hesitated for a year to have someone do the job -- Frank The Ford was just half the cost of anyone I had an estimate from prior to this. I only had a small job done but really cannot say enough about how happy I am to be able to get out in my small yard again.
