Reliable! my warranty was overdue a few days they honoured there warranty and swapped out my washing machine with another used one awesome fair deals

After three new appliances broke, and the repair cost was almost as much as a new one, I got a friend's advice and tried Vancity. So far they are 3 for 3 replacing them with better models than I had before, at literally a fraction of the cost.Garry is helpful, knows his product and gives you an honest assessment of what they have and what you need. If all sales guys were like him, I'd buy more.The delivery is fast and the guys do a great job taking care of the home, in a pretty challenging situation space wise.Can't say enough good things. I'd buy again any time.

Very honest and reliable service. I have purchased appliances from them over the last 5 years and never had any issues. They do a thorough job of cleaning and testing before selling. They usually delivery within 1-2 days as well. Very happy with them.

Gary and Rick went above and beyond to provide customer service. I had an issue with the door handle of the stove I purchased from them and they immediately fixed it with no charge. They had a great selection of stoves and other appliances, all the stoves I looked at were very clean, and it was actually hard for me to choose which one I wanted to purchase. Many very good brand names! Thanks so much Gary and Rick, you guys are awesome!

I have purchased a few appliances from Vancity Appliances and I have always received incredible service from Gary. Last Friday I had an issue with the refrigerator making a lot of noise. Upon discussing with Gary, he made sure his staff was able to come that day and fix the problem. I truly appreciated the incredible customer service he continues to give and Tony, who fixed the issue was also very personable and made sure to let me know that if I have any issues in the future that I can call them to fix it. They fixed it without any charge and I am ever so grateful. They did the same thing with the washing machine I purchased last year. Incredible service, honest, and they keep their word! Thank you Gary for continuing to provide excellent service and products. Highly recommend!

Purchased a fridge for a very reasonable price, works great. Garry is awesome, super friendly and helpful. His delivery guys were also very friendly. Would absolutely recommend.

Stay away from these guys. Worst Experience Ever. We got our appliances from these guys in 2020 for our home. The stacked washer dryer that they installed started making a loud noise when running the rinsing cycle from the very first day. When contacted, the guy told us that it is normal for the stacked set to do this. 2 years later, we have water leakage from the washer and call them to send a technician. They charged $150 for sending the technician who told us that the machine's drum is broken and not repairable. Spent another $1800 to get a replacement washer from another appliance store and they sent their professional installer. We have now been using the new washer and no loud noises like what these guys installed on the previous machine. They are very unprofessional, lack customer service and I found not reliable at all. Will never buy from them again and never recommend them.
