WiBand Communications

We run several businesses from our location outside of Calgary and reliable Internet service is a necessity. Prior to joining WiBand in 2014, we had Internet service from every company that has ever been in our area. It was always the same old story - we would sign up with a new company and their service would be great to start with and then would gradually slow down as they signed up more and more customers. WiBand regularly upgrades their equipment and software and as a result we have a fast, consistent, unlimited data connection that always works. For those rare occasions when we do need to call tech support, they have the system up and running in no time. When WiBand was purchased recently by CCI Wireless, I was a little nervous that our service would degrade but that has not been the case. Everything is working great and I highly recommend WiBand to anyone.

We have had service with Wiband for over a year. Our fax system never worked. Our phone system was a joke couldn't make a lot of calls without being forbidden or just denied. As a company who relies on our phone system they were not there. One positive not the techincal service team are great. TRYING TO REACH MANAGEMENT impossible. TRYING TO GET ANSWERS ON A REFUND. God forbid. Swear once in a conversation to Wiband ( due to complete frustration of their services ) receive a quick letter of reprimand. Ask for money back for services not received good luck no one ever answers the phone.. complete joke
