Excellent shop for your pet needs. Today we went shopping with our puppy and a member of staff couldn't have been more helpful. He explained everything we needed to know regarding the best food to keep our puppy well fed and healthy.He was a credit to the company.

It is a very friendly place. The staff are helpful. The only problem I have had with it was a few years ago when our cat went to get a cyst removed under her chin and they cut some of her whiskers off she is a indoor cat fortunately

Best place ever!! Rang up about their rabbit and Cameron was so helpful over the phone , he knew everything. When we were told about my now baby (rescue rabbit) pepper , Emily told me how to best help her and even stayed after her shift to answer questions. Pepper is already one of the best additions to our little family and she will now be loved forever by us. We were even served by a lovely lady who was very helpful at the tills , I believe she was called Kelly . Honestly if I could I would drive 40 minutes all the time just to go to that pets at home because it is amazing and everyone there is amazing . Thank you all so much!!!

Store is always tidy and well stocked. The car park can be a little tricky to navigate through, but lots of spaces and lots of other shops nearby
