Bubbles Car Wash & Detail Centre

After sitting under cover for the better part of 15 years, my wife told me to drive it or sell it" and handed me a gift certificate to bubbles. I skeptically took the truck down to them and left it in their hands for a full detail. WOW. What an amazing job and wonderful people to have looking after my old pride and joy. They spent a little extra time to take some of the deeper scratches out of the 25 year old paint.For the record

If you've got a car your care about, bubbles is worth it.Choose your cleaning needs from the menu, hand over the keys, head inside for a free coffee and leather seats while their team gets to work.From what I saw, they treat the vehicles in the queue with care and respect. Even though it's a fast moving line, every employee does their part.The most impressive part is when they hand the keys back and you can do a walk around with them to point out any small area they may have missed so you leave 100% satisfied

Very disappointed with the service I received paid a decent amount of money to get my exterior washed. I wouldn't even give it a one star if there was option car literally still had dirt on the bumper and was very very streaky. They did offer for us to come back so they can redo it but that's beside the point I came for vacation and not washing the car constantly.

I’ve using Bubbles since arriving to Kelowna and decades before in Edmonton. I’ve been experiencing the quality of their work reaching new lows in the past year, now since they raised their wash prices substantially I’m probably not the only one that is being sensitive to the quality of their work. On my April 28th visit I sat in their lounge waiting fo I’ve a hour, my car had to be ran through twice and it’s still not clean. Get in my car, radio blasting on a hard rock station and my air conditioner set to maximum plus seats that have to be adjusted. The seats I understand but leave everything else alone. You guys wave the car wash, you have the brushes and wash mitts. Plus all the new staff up front and inside, the feeling of indifference you get from the Bubbles employees is incredible. At $85.00 plus tax for a half hearted interior and exterior wash you’d certainly expect that they would try to go the distance for their customers. My last visit the wash was $65.00 plus tax and that wasn’t that long ago. Usually the attitude trickles down from the top.

I visit this store this morning at 7:30 A.M so i got 30 minutes until it's open I looked at the review here and most of it was not good I was hesitating detaling my jeep here but I did it any way. I chose the seat shampoo package**Overall the place is well organized, staff super friendly and hardworking & most importantly my jeep is brand new again. Even the gentleman who detail the car told me to return if I found missing uncleaned spot or if the seats did not Completely dry by the other day

What a fantastic experience! My truck was disgusting, covered in elm sap and chips, and hadn't been washed since... July? A long time. Yeah, so it's beautiful now. Inside and out. I was blown away by how personable all of the customer service was from arrival through pick up. Brendan explained the service and suggested an upgrade that made sense given the state of my work truck. Sarah was very friendly and explained what horrors they managed to clean out of the seats and off the side of the truck. I'll even be able to leave my ladder on next time! Phenomenal service totally worth the price. I will be back for a yearly membership.

Great wash and service. I have a membership but maybe 5 percent of the time they miss a spot. If you notice they will run it again however

Just there today and was shocked at the price increase. In talking to staff it was all around inflation inflation inflation. Seems the prices are up from $60 to $90 for the basic, about 50%. Last I checked inflation was 6%, so this is price gouging. Be prepared for the hard sell. I asked for a price list and they don't have one so the first one you meet at entry will upsell you hard. There were 3 of us in the waiting room at the same time and all said we are going to find an alternative. When done, my vehicle wasn't as clean as in past times I've been there. The bottom line, prices up, quality down. Be wary of the hard sell and lack of visibility on pricing.

Omg the price is expensive in this place and the service that I got was bad! I’m disappointed with this company,I paid $588 for my Kia, the service was for deeply cleaning and my car is still dirty inside and outside and I talked about this details with the guy that gave me my keys and he tried to fixed it (cleaning for himself with a rags) but to be honest,to get a good job,I think that they need to do the job with more time.I don’t know if was because my car was the last one today (Saturday)and they were closing soon,also the receptionist lady she didn’t asked me if something was wrong and she saw that I was talking with the other employee, but the service was bad, my car is still dirty…they need to train their people again and have people with good eye detail and take enough time for every job that they make, they missed a few spots on my car, you can still to see dust.
