Same experience as many others have reported.The clerk that handled our file, Sapna, was irresponsible and did not take the time to explain any details. After several calls was not able to get a hold of her.When I finally got a hold, she rather arrogantly kept ignoring our questions, to an extent where we had to hire another independent lawyer to help us navigate our deal.

Don't know how they work. Left 3 messages for a lawyer to contact me and advise on the ongoing business deal. Never heard back from them. In past had taken their services while closing my house and that had gone well. So thought of going with them only but unfortunately they don't value small business it seems. Please don't spend money on IVRs if you can't call back clients. This profession requires to be available for a client's call anytime of the day but I didn't get any update on my requests for same even after three days. One day the person I wanted to connect with was on leave, next day he was in meeting and third time same day he was out for lunch. Even after getting assurance of call back I didn't receive any. What an unprofessional behavior.

As a buyer, we are trusting real estate lawyer for checking our documents but the clerk who handled the file did not go through the builder agreement & charges clearly and missed to explain me. I ended up reviewing each and every line on contract myself and get clarification. Final Trust ledger was prepared with wrong amount with $10k more and was corrected afterwards.Charges that I should get as a refund was not processed after closing for without a follow up.I expect lawyer’s duty is to service the client explaining clearly everything going through each and every line on the contract but they missed to do so.
